Explore

1+ entities

Enter one entity — or combine several into a single graph. Choose which lenses to surface (drugs, diseases, biomarkers, pathways, behaviours, interventions…) and get a living knowledge graph you can grow: verify a link, trace a pathway, expand a node, or add your own — all without leaving the map. Plus novel connections, mechanisms, research gaps, and candidate pathways.

Get every piece of evidence classified as SUPPORTS, CLAIMED, CONTRADICTS, or INDIRECT. See study quality breakdown, a weighted verdict, and paper metadata with DOI links.

Trace Pathway

3+ steps

Build a pathway chain with any mix of drugs, genes, diseases, or biological processes. Each hop is verified against curated databases and 240M+ papers - scored, directionally labeled, and mechanistically explained. Use auto-find to discover intermediates between two endpoints.

Your Explore graph is a workspace

Explore doesn't just draw a picture — it's an interactive map you build on. Verify and Trace happen right on the graph, and every finding merges back in, so one graph grows into your whole answer.

Click any node — a toolbox opens

Expand its connections, Verify its link to another entity, Trace a pathway from it, or read the Evidence behind it. Verify and Trace run in place — no page switch — and the result is added to the same graph.

Grow the graph, in context

Add any node and (by default) InTree also finds how it connects to what's already on your map — so a new entity draws itself into the picture instead of floating alone.

Click a faint line to identify it

Grey hairlines are co-mention leads. Click one (or a node) and InTree types the relationship — direction, effect, and evidence — turning a lead into a labeled edge that sticks.

Mechanisms & Pathways

Run it on any pair to surface multi-step routes between entities — each hop scored, directionally labeled, and grounded in curated databases + the literature.

Graph Insights & novel leads

A side panel ranks the graph's connectors, research gaps, and clinical links, and surfaces low-evidence novel leads worth a closer look.

Declutter & focus

Toggle Weak / Strong / All edges, filter by category or relationship type, search the Edges list, or erase and keep-only — then send the graph to a Board, export a PNG, or share a link.

How each mode's input works

ExploreA guided phrase: “[ Everything ▾ ] of [ entity ]”. Pick a lens (or leave it on Everything), enter one entity, and press Explore → relationship graph.
VerifyA structured triple: fill the Subject and Object slots, then optionally pick the relationship between them (the ⇄ button flips direction) → labeled evidence.
Trace PathwayA numbered step builder: add three or more ordered steps and set each hop's relationship (or leave it on auto-detect). Use “+ add step” to extend the chain → per-hop evidence, each hop's direction, a graded chain verdict, and generated mechanisms for thin links.
Plain EnglishPrefer to type? Questions like “does aspirin prevent stroke?” are parsed automatically and fill the right fields for the active mode.
